Who am I?
My name is Grant Schow. I was raised from two wonderful parents, Kim and Kurt, who are still actively involved in my life. Growing up I was always busy idolizing my big brother, Adam. Whether it was sports or hanging out, I liked to think I followed in my brothers foot steps. When I talk to my mom and dad and others I know, I come to some conclusions of my childhood. The first thing I know for sure is, I lived in the fast lane. Whether it was hanging out with friends or doing something with my brother, I loved staying busy. Second, I was a lot to handle. Full of energy and being hard headed is what made me believe I was untouchable at times. I have to add this because it wouldn't be complete if I didn't but, one thing I loved almost more than anything in the whole wide world growing up was hockey. Hockey was a huge part of my life since the age of two and still is one sport I'll always love. Last, but not least, I loved being with my family. I always loved doing things with my family growing up because we always had fun and I enjoyed the time together. My childhood consisted of sports, friends, and family and if you ask me, I think it went by too fast.I graduated high school from Willmar, Minnesota in 2011. I spent two years at the University of South Dakota and transferred to St. Cloud State University where I am currently working on majoring in marketing. I chose Marketing because I love talking to people and I think I would be good at it. I would enjoy working for a big company being a head sales representative or something along those guidelines.
One thing today I really enjoy is the outdoors. I love to fish and hunt and I take the opportunity to whenever I can. Another thing I love is being on the lake in the summer and enjoying the sun with friends and family. I spent a lot of time with my girlfriend this summer and her family lives on a lake and has a cabin, so it was easy to be around it. It would take a whole lot of space to talk about all of my interest so I wont get into in detail. My hobbies and interests are camping, hunting, fishing, being on the lake, hanging with friends, drawing, painting, long boarding, hockey, softball, football and spending time with family. My only problem is finding time to do everything.
